Sandy Creek Alliance Monthly Community Meeting

Join your neighbors for the September monthly meeting of the Sandy Creek Alliance on Monday, September 14 at 6:30 p.m. Location: The Historic Round Mountain School/Community Center.

We’ll come together to share updates, discuss issues affecting the Sandy Creek community, and identify opportunities for residents to get involved. As we continue rebuilding, strengthening our community, and advocating for a safer and more resilient future, your voice matters.

At this month’s meeting, we’ll cover:

• Community recovery and rebuilding updates

  • Disaster Tech Lab and Community-Wide Wi-Fi

• Flood mitigation and emergency preparedness

  • River Sentry Sirens

  • Fire Safety

• Upcoming public meetings and opportunities for public comment

  • Commissioners Court
  • Texas House Committee on State Affairs

• Updates on contact and engagement with local, state, and federal decision-makers

Followed by a FREE CPR training session with the American Red Cross.
